Swiss Esports Federation launches the Partnership Program

With the rapid growth and interest on gamers and esports in Switzerland, The Swiss Esports Federation “SESF” created a partnership program to work closely together with organizations who are contributing significantly towards the Swiss esports industry. This program was approved at a special Extraordinary General Assembly, by its members.

The partnership program will allow SESF and its partners to work on promoting esports, fostering professionalization within esports and connecting the esports and gamer community further.

The partners will include the most important organizers and entities operating in Switzerland, who will support and promote the core values of the SESF.  

The Swiss Esports League “SESL” ( ) an organization focused on creating and operating numerous tournaments and leagues across popular games like Counter Strike, League of Legends, Hearthstone etc was the first applicant to the partner program.

After careful review, the SESF concluded its negotiations with the Swiss Esports League and approved the partnership where the two organizations will work hand in hand in promoting esports in Switzerland.

About the Swiss Esports Federation

The Swiss Esports Federation founded on January 1st, 2008 is a non-profit association comprising of the most active esports organizations in Switzerland. Its goal is to promote esports, professionalize esports, create and foster a community around esports, incorporate regulations and most importantly establish esports as a sport in Switzerland. The organization prides itself on fair play, power to the players and has a zero-tolerance non-discrimination policy. The Swiss esports Federation is also a founding member of the International Esports Federation.
